Helping others

This semester I have discovered one of my dreams, to work in the medical field. Before I entered recovery I obtained my Wilderness First Responder(WFR) because of my love for the outdoors and the dangers involved. Through my addiction I lost the passion for helping people. Jaywalker U has given me the opportunity to pursue my dreams again. Next semester I will be taking an EMT course through Colorado Mountain College at Carbondale’s Fire Department. I once again have the opportunity to help others.
